Phil Anderson, Esq.

Phil Anderson is a highly skilled and dedicated healthcare attorney who is deeply committed to helping people who have been injured by the negligence of others. Before joining Davis & Brusca, Phil spent most of his career as a defense lawyer litigating claims against nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home health care providers. This experience has given him a unique perspective on nursing home litigation and the key issues necessary to achieving success for his clients. Phil is pleased to be a member of the Davis & Brusca team, and to have the opportunity to use his considerable skills to benefit victims of neglect and abuse. Phil takes his role as a victim advocate very seriously and strives to keep his clients well informed and to deliver results which meet with each client’s specific goals and objectives.

Phil resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and children.
