Attorney Mike Brusca recently discussed “Dealing with Defense Strategies” during the American Association for Justice (AAJ) “In-Depth Look at Cost Reports” seminar on October 20. The AAJ provides trial attorneys with information, professional support, and a nationwide network that enables them to most effectively and expertly represent clients.
On November 17, Mike will speak at the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) Meadowlands seminar, when he will participate in a mock trial. His topic will be Nursing Home Neglect and Abuse Claims: Cross Examination of the Director of Nursing. Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,400 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students, and law school students not yet admitted to the bar. The organization is dedicated to protecting New Jersey families by working to preserve and strengthen laws for safe products and workplaces, a cleaner environment, and quality healthcare.
For more than 23 years, Mike has devoted his practice to helping seriously injured people and their families, and has recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. He gives each case his personal time and attention, because he believes that no two cases are truly the same. He works tirelessly to meet each client’s unique needs and interests.
