Biography

David R. Drake, Esq.

David concentrates his practice on professional liability and healthcare litigation. Prior to joining Davis & Brusca, he practiced at a national defense firm representing hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare companies engaged in complex litigation.

Having defended nursing home and professional negligence claims, David brings a unique perspective and draws from his extensive defense experience to better advocate for victims of negligence and abuse.

David resides in South Jersey with his wife and kids.
