Attorney Brian Fishman, Esq.

Brian Fishman is an experienced litigator who joined Davis & Brusca in 2020. He concentrates his practice to claims for nursing home abuse & neglect, negligence, and wrongful death. Prior to joining the firm, Brian represented large corporate interests in a variety of legal matters at all stages of litigation, including trial. After spending years in the courtroom representing corporations, Brian is very pleased to have the opportunity to use his legal acumen & trial experience to advance and protect the rights of individuals throughout the state of New Jersey.

Brian believes strongly in the value of personal dignity and strives to ensure his clients are treated with care and respect. Brian’s goal is to ensure that each client feels that they have genuinely been heard, understood, and have received a level of service deserving of their position as a member of the Davis & Brusca “family.”

Outside the office, Brian enjoys spending time with friends and family. His hobbies include skiing, hiking, live music, singing in his local choir and baking, and he is an avid fan of Philadelphia sports.

Brian is a proud graduate of Rutgers Law School, and is a former clerk of the Honorable Gwendolyn Blue, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey – Camden Vicinage. He is also a licensed mediator in the State of New Jersey and has participated in over 400 mediations.
